3. Grinding Wheel Selection:
CBN: Suitable for sharpening HSS tools.
SDC: Suitable for sharpening carbide tools.
*Do not mix or use these two grinding wheels incorrectly!

          According to the steps shown in Figures 1, 2, 3, and 4, assemble the components. Do not tighten at this stage.
1.First confirm the shank diameter of the drill bit, then select the appropriate collet and tool set.
2.Insert the collet into the holder at the proper angle and tighten the nut.
3.Insert the drill bit into the collet, leaving approximately 35 mm of the tool extending outside.
4.Before tool setting, visually identify the cutting edge passing through the center and ad
just it approximately parallel to the reference groove to facilitate tool setting positioning.

                                                                    Safety Precautions
1. Before starting the machine, check whether the motor voltage andfrequency match the power supply.2. The contacts of the machine power plug and socket must be securelyfastened. Do not operate the machine if there are any loose connections
or poor contact issues3. If any malfunction or abnormal noise occurs, immediately unplug thepower cord and inspect or repair the machine.
4. Do not allow the machine to operate unattended. Always make surethe machine has completely stopped before leaving it unattended. Whendisconnecting the external power supply, press the red button first.Otherwise, the machine may continue running while unattended.5. Do not operate the machine when you are tired or under the influenceof alcohol or medication.
6. When machine parts or accessories are damaged, do not replacethem randomly. Use replacement parts with the same performance

1. Before starting the machine, check that all locking mechanisms are
securely tightened, ensure there are no abnormalities, and confirm that
the electrical system is functioning properly.
2. After operation, remove dust and particles from the machine, and
apply machine oil to unpainted surfaces to prevent rust.
