Refund Policy

30-day refund/replacement (You can return or exchange for free) 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and fair refund process.

1. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect;
- Your order does not arrive due to carrier issues;
- You request a refund within 30 days of receiving the product.

2. How Do I Return an Item?
Step 1: Log In Your Account And Click "My Order"
Step 2: Choose The Order You Would Like To Return and Select A Request Type.
Step 3: Fill In The Corresponding Information And Click Submit.

3. Non-refundable Situations
The request is made beyond the 30-day window after delivery

4. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Once the refund is approved, please allow 10 business days for it to be processed by your bank or payment provider.

5. Order Cancellation
Refund will be processed within 24 hours once your returned package is received and inspected.
Refunds will be made directly to your original payment account within 10 business days of receipt of your returned product.
You can return or exchange for free.

Customers can apply for returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of signing for the express delivery.
