1. Order Processing Time

- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Locations & Fulfillment
- United States Customers
Orders placed by customers in the United States are fulfilled directly from our Amazon US warehouses (FBA).

- International Customers (Outside the US)
Orders from all other countries are shipped from our China manufacturing facility.
We work with reliable global carriers including DHL, UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- United States
US Shipping time: 3-5 working days

- International Shipping
Standard International Shipping: 7-10 business days (depending on the destination and customs process)

Please note: International orders may experience customs delays beyond our control.

4. Shipping Cost:
We offer clear and simple shipping rates:
0–3 kg: Free Shipping
Over 3 kg: Flat rate of $10
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on total order weight.

5. Customs Duties & Taxes

For international orders outside the United States, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot predict or control any customs-related costs.

6. Order Tracking
All orders include a tracking number.
You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned due to:
wrong or incomplete address,
delivery refusal,
failure to receive the package,

the customer may need to pay additional shipping costs for reshipment.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive:

Please contact us within 48 hours.

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and arrange a suitable solution.
